Work should be completed in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Every labourers engaged with this work must be paid with minimum wages as laid down in the existing Labour Department order in vogue. Unskilled labour Working Days = 12 X 26 days @ 14 Nos. man/days = 4368 man days.Semi-skilled labourWorking Days = 12 X 26 days X 01 No. man/day = 312 man days. All materials and equipments, tools & plants for the cleaning and disinfecting purpose have to be supplied by the agency to the concren A.E. at the time of commencement of the month and concern A.E. will issue the materials in regularly basis to the agency.Supply of consumable materials:- Anticeptic liquid, Bleaching Powder, Napthalin, Phenol, Benzyl, Hand wash Detergent Powder including all accessories, Wiper & Mopper scrubbing machine, Vaccum cleaner, room freshner, mugs, tumbler etc. of approved brand for cleaning / upkeeping of the said areas of Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Hokey Stadium. **The contrctor shall be responsible for providing at a minimum or as per requirement, the above mentioned cleaning materials and supplies necessary for the proper execution of the cleaning and sweeping services.**All materials supplied shall be of good quality and replenished / renewed as needed to ensure uninterrupted services. **2 sets of uniform per year for all the engaged labour has to br supplied by the contractor.(Meterials List as per Annexure-I)**Details break up month wise of the all supplied materials is released in a sperate sheet.(Rate inclusives all taxes & duties)(Bidders are requested to quote rate for this item only) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
