| 18 | Service charges towards Annual Fees Payment:The contractor shall arrange payment of annual statutory fees to the respective department for obtaining permission/certification of the following equipment installed inside / outside the plant:Weighbridges – Mill Gate - 7 Nos, CPC – 17 Nos, Dead Weight etc.The contractor shall be responsible for:(1) Making online payment to the respective Weights, Measurement & Metrology Department, Government of Bihar, East Champaran, (2) Obtaining the money receipt/certificate from the department (3) Submitting the original receipt/certificate along with the bill to HBL for reimbursement, Payment Terms:(1) The actual annual statutory fee paid by the contractor shall be reimbursed by HBL on submission of valid money receipts/certificates through Payment Order (3) Bidders are required to quote only the service charge. (4) The service charge shall not exceed 10% of the actual fee amount. (5) For reference, the annual fee paid during the previous year was approximately Rs. 1.17 Lakhs; accordingly, the expected maximum service charge will be equal or less than 10%. |

| 22 | Security Services at CPCs:Providing comprehensive round-the-clock security services at Cane Purchase Centres (CPCs), including Sundays and holidays, from the date of establishment of the CPC until its closure and shifting of all HBL materials to the plant. The scope includes safeguarding HBL's assets, equipment, stores and other properties, as well as ensuring the safety of farmers' produce available at the CPC and maintaining security and order at the centre. The contractor shall be solely responsible for the protection and security of all HBL materials and property at the CPC during the contract period. Payment shall be made on a per CPC per month basis. |

MATERIAL: Supply of Miscellaneous Materials-The contractor shall be responsible for the timely supply of miscellaneous materials required at the CPC, effective from the start of the operational season to its closure. The contractor must ensure that all materials supplied are of good quality.
