Detailed schematic drawing, design data for tensile roofing arrangements shall be submitted by the contractor after getting its design vetted from Government agencies like IITs, NITs, SERC(Structural Engineering Research Center,Chennai) etc and got it approved by the Department (NRB) before commencement of fabrication. Design Basis Report and Design Report for the tensile roofing structure shall be got approved from department. Also, please note that the area that will be considered for payment is the plan area and not the actual area of tensile fabric. Hence the bidders are requested to quote there rates accordingly.
