| 2 | Conditions :- 1 The project is proposed for supply of drinking water to housing community on KLD based discharged. 2 The Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) for installation of the RO Plant and Operation & Maintenance (OPEX) cost shall be borne by the agency. 3 The rate per kilolitre for 1 year is Rs 97/KL inclusive of 18% GST and overheads & profit of contractor. 4 The quoted cost includes all unit and Electro-Mechanical components, consumables, initial and maintenance of the 20 cum/hr & RO 30 cum/hr RO Plant. 5 Borewell installation and permission for extraction of raw water from Delhi Jal Board (DJB) shall be the responsibility of DDA. 6 The agency shall be responsible for laying the distribution pipelines for raw water intake, conveying treated water to the Underground Reservoir (UGR), and disposing of untreated water to the flushing tank, complete in all respects. 7 Electricity charges for operating the plant shall be borne by DDA. 8 Recovery of water shall be 70-80% 9 TDS of treated water shall be below 500ppm.
