6All as per srl item No 5.00 here-in-before but using old cable cover obtained under srl item No 1 here in before all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
7Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge of following sizes :-

30Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I(1991) all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
31Material & Labour in replacement 32x6mm galvanised iron strip for earth continuity conductor for earthing of transformer , GOD , 4/6 pole , structure etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
32Material & Labour for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding 4 pole/6 pole HT structure , outside area of HT installation and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
33Suplying and laying as replacement in sub station fixing 3.3 to 11 KV electrical insulation mat of size 5 mtr x 1 mtr x 2.5 mm thick specification all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

39Supply & Fixing in replacement ACB 4 pole, 800 Amp, 50 KA, 415 Volt AC Horizontal draw out type , front operated with Micro processor based LCD protection release for adjustable over current, short circuit and earth fault protection all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
40Supply installation & commissioning in replacement of 12 Volts-100 AH sealed maintenance free battery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
41Disconnecting electrically & mechanically outdoor transforemrs upto 630 KVA capacity, lowering down/getting out from plinth carefully for repairing /making of plinth of transformer and re- connecting electrically and mechanically after repairing/making of plinth , testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.Note:- (a) Rate is deemed to be inclusive for hydra , men power, and other items required for temp energization of transformer.(b) Material & Fixing used to repair the Plinth shall be measured and paid separetely under items of sch of work here-in -after.
42Material & Fixing brick masonary platform (suitable for 100 to 630 KVA transformer) having size 2.5 mtr x 2.5 mtr and total height 1.6 M (0.45 M below ground level including excavation and earth work, 1.15M above ground level including RCC slab 150 mm on top and refilling of sand/soil), PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation, sub class 'B' brick work in CM 1:4, 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on all sides of platform upto 150 mm below ground level, supply and fixing of 02 Nos MS channels of suitable size for balancing of transformer, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 up to 150mm thick RCC slab, including provn of stair case on one side all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
43Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested HT Panel board, size: 1200 mmx1200mmx900mm, cubical compartmentalized, out door type double door, suitable for 11000 Volts, 3 phase, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of size ,50 mm x 10 mm, 3 Nos installed on SMC insulators suitable for 11000 Volts. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and shall be made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 50x 50 x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking . The fixing of double doors shall be on MS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). including excavation, earth work and platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

45Supply & Fixing in replacement of MS work of angles for post and struts of fencing around RMU/Transformer etc drilling holes, flat iron ,fillet for securing wire mess by welding to angle iron frame and framed work as in gate of angle and wire mess .Door to be fixed by 03 Nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement and MS channel for plinth of transformer all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
46Supply & Fixing in replacement 3.15mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh , made up into mattress or cages appx 2.00 mtr height and fixed with flate iron /angle by welding in position all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. .
47Material & Labour for 2 coat of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to MS wire fencing including preparation of old surface all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge..
48Supply & Fixing in replacement of UNSV /Burnt MCCBs of capacity 400 Amps, FP, 35 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, with microprocessor release fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder piller including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
49Supply & Fixing in replacement of UNSV /Burnt MCCBs of capacity 250 Amps, FP, 35 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, with with microprocessor releaserelease fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder piller including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
50Supply & Fixing in replacement of UNSV /Burnt MCCBs of capacity 160 Amps, FP, 25 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, with thermal magneticrelease fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder piller including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
51Supply & Fixing in replacement of UNSV /Burnt MCCBs of capacity 63 Amps, FP, 16 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, with thermal magnetic release fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder piller including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
52Material & Labour for painting of transformer installed on plinth/4/6 pole structures at various site of capacity upto 630 KVA with existing colour, with spraying machine, after cleaning, preparation of outer surface of transformer, including writing of SM No, MES and capacity of transformer all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
53Supply & Fixing in replacement for Danger Notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white , with letters, figures and conventional skull and bobes in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size including taking down old one all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
54Supply installation & commissioning in replacement of 24V/40A Float Cum Boost Battery Charger unit including battery bank comprising 02 Nos of 12 Volts-100 AH sealed maintenance free battery. The CCCV battery charger consisting of copper wound, air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting of diodes and SCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink and complete with resistor/condenser network for surge supperssion . During auto float mode automatic changeover shall take place from float mode to boost mode and vice versa, 01 Set of solid state constant potential controller to stabilize the DC output voltage of the float cum boost charger, 01 No electronic controller , DC digital ammeter , DC digital voltmeter, Potentiometer , DC, MCB for reverse battery protection . The charger should have alarm annunciation with visual and audible alarm with manual reset facility for fuse fail alarm. Float cum boost battery charger and DC distribution board shall be housed in powder coated sheet steel cubicle with panels of 1.6mm thickness , louvers for ventilation , gland plate will be provided for cable entry from bottom .The battery charger shall be divided into two compartments.The upper compartment shall house the battery charger & DCDB with all necessary controls. The lower compartment shall be suitable for housing the batteries. Tech specification all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge shall be as under:-(a) Input working voltage-180 -270 Volts (b) Nominal Input Voltage - 230 V , AC , 50 Hz,1(c) On load input power factor - > 0.8(d) On load unit watt efficiencies-> 80% (e) No load losses of complete charge-< 10% (f) Ripple contents on the load (RMS)= 1% to 5% (g) Over load - 110% for 30 minutes and will give visual indication for over load condition. (h) Boost charging - 2.4 V/Cell .(j) Float charging -2.15 V/Cell(k) Float cum boost charging-Automatically changes from one state to another state as per battery condition and will give the visual indication for either float or boost based on charging mode.(l) Reverse polarity -No damage will caused . A visual indication for reverse polarity will appear with an audio alarm.(m) Short circuit-MCB protecton provided.
55Supply, installation and testing in replacement Numerical Relay draw out type in HT 11 KV VCB Panel comprising of new and modern numerical scheme for detecting, indicating and tripping the breaker on faults over-current and earth-fault in any of the three phases, Trip circuit supervision relay, 5% pick up for OC and 5% for EF. The relay shall also have the following features all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge as minimum; (i) Programmable rated current 1A & 5A, (ii) Last 8 fault record & 200 event record with time stamping, (iii) 4 analog CT & 3 PT input, 8 DI & 8 DO, (iv) Communicable on IEC61850 protocol, (v) Disturbance recording upto 300 cycles, (vi) Self supervision function. The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses if available including Breaker On, Off, Spring Chrgd, Test, Service, AC-Fail, Trip circuit healthy relay, PT supervision, inter panel tripping, Master trip relay, local remote and display the same locally on a built-in LCD screen and suitably labeled status LEDs. Relay shall have facility to locally Trip/Close the breaker as a backup to TNC switch provided separately on the panel. The relay shall be fixed on new 2mm CRCA sheet of matching existing VCB panel color and suitable size covering all blank space formed by removing old mechanical type IDMT relay complete including associated wiring and integration with existing HT VCB panel complete all as specified and directed.,
56Taking out faulty underground 11000 Volt HT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing PCC cover of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.. Note: (a) 11000 Volt HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable PCC cable cover will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs.(c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.
57Supply and fixing of mild steel chequered plates Fe410-10-W(Gde-E-250) qualityon cable pit sizes as required on site 6mm to 10 mm thick including taking out old unsv RCC duct cover all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
