Two Vertical Post Supply Fixxing & eraction of Built up Overhead Structure of 12 M-15M span compresing of three vertical posts of 6 m height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS Pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS Plate at top & 12 mm MS plate at at top & 12 mm MS Plate at Bottom. the Horizontal truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes Construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90 x.90x1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in Excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:3:6 ( cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge S.B.) RCC with 1:2:4 (ncement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grite) including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & Shuttering The Lalerai vertical clearences and complete Installation work shall be as per relavant clauses of MORTH &H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2010 Complete in all respect The rate shall be Include cost of design Fabrication supply trasportations, Local shifting Erection of Signge Structure using crane inclusive of all taxes etc al T&P machine material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. |
| 2 | Retro Reflective Signs (Type-XI Sheet) Providing and fixoxingretroreflective Signboards comprising of customised Modular PU Epoxy cated MS angle iron frame work almunium composite panel (ACP) as base board micro prismatic retroreflective sheet and alectro cut coloured overlay film/ atex printing The horizontal and vertical members including outer member of the MS Frame module shall be made of pair MS Angle iron No panel size shall be more thanone sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (oneway only) wuth MS Angle The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr The aluminium compsite panel (ACP) Shall have a thickness of 4 mm with 0 50 mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP Shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS srews 5 mm Dia spaced not more than 300 mm centere to centre ensuring that no riverting is seen on either face of frame on the front visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro- reflective sheetconforming to Type -Xi of ASTM D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed the retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor wearthring test in Indian condition as per IRC 67-2012& Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender The rate shall including all material labour equipment fabrication, tranportation erection installation and incidentals all copmlete as per direction of theEngineer -in-charge Signage on MS angle frame of (35 x35x5)mm |
