| 1 | Withdrawing of 30 KW / 40 HP induction motor for driving vertical turbine pump no. 1 from its existing position after disconnection of three phase power line and decoupling from the pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. |
| 2 | Dismantling the motor, rotor thread out from starter body, both side bearing remove from bearing journal, thorough checking and cleaning all the dimensions and also checking the tightness of slot wedge, testing of RTD, BTD and space heater along with dismantling the discharge case and other related parts to take out the rachet bearing by the help of proper pulling arrangement as per direction of EIC. |

| 7 | Supply of Motor terminal board complete set.(Make:-Approved make) |
| 8 | Re-assembling the motor part by part after fitting fixing all the newly supplied bearings as mentioned in sl. No. 3 (I to iii) checking gap between starter and rotor and also fitting fixing of terminal box and tightening the studs for cable jointing along with re-assembling the discharge case of the pump end as per direction of EIC. |
| 9 | Installation of the motor and the discharge case to the existing frame of the pump, maintaining proper alignment using dial gauge including fitting fixing the motor coupling to the pump, jointing all necessary power connection in the terminal box including testing of the pump and motor and commissioning the same as per direction. |

| 15 | At first remove the damaged power contactor Including auxiliary contact block, from the existing panel after disconnection of all power line.Then fixing the above supplied materials at same place, then making power circuit wiring through out the panel. work must be done by Experienced electrician and wholly satisfaction of EIC. |
