| 5 | Providing and applying rapid-setting cementitious leakage-plugging mortar for active leakages, including surface preparation, chase cutting, mixing, application into active leak passages, holding under pressure until initial set, priming with bond coat, finishing with repair mortar, complete in all respects as per relevent codal provision and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The application shall include all labour, materials, curing and finishing necessary to complete the work. |

| 7 | Providing and injecting a two-component, integral crystalline waterproofing injection grout into pre-installed nozzles on concrete surface. The scope encompasses surface preparation, cracks cleaning, packers installation, pressure injecting, final nozzle sealing and all necessary labour, materials and equipment. The grout shall possess low viscosity capable of penetrating cracks up to 0.1mm to seal active water ingress (complying with ACI 212.3R). Prior to execution, grout suitability should be tested and approved strictly as per CWPRS guidelines. The assessment criteria shall include the determination of Engineering properties tested in accordance with relevant ASTM / BIS /EN standards, specifically: Viscosity (≤15 mPa.s as per ASTM D1084), Bond Strength under Tension (≥ 2.0MPa as per ASTM D4541), Bond Strength under Shear (≥ 5.0MPa as per ASTM C882) and Pot life (30-60 mins as per ASTM C881). Complete in all respects as per standard specifications and as per the directions of Engineer in-Charge. |
| 8 | Providing and injecting water-reactive polyurethane (PU) foam injection grout, two component type, consisting of a base and catalyst in a 5:1 ratio, into pre-installed nozzles to arrest active water leakage and fill voids, including surface preparation, packer installation, injection with appropriate equipment, and post-injection sealing of packer holes, complete in all respects as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The product shall be suitable for high-pressure injection in wet conditions and capable of sealing both static and active leaks completely, including all labour, materials, tools, equipment, curing, surface finishing etc. |
| 9 | Providing and injecting semi-rigid polyurethane (PU) resin-based injection grout, two component system comprising a low-viscosity elastic base and catalyst in the ratio of 19:8 by volume, into pre-installed nozzles to seal non moving or hairline cracks and voids in concrete, including surface preparation, installation of packers, injection using suitable equipment and post-injection sealing of ports, complete in all respects as per specifications and as per direction of Engineer in Charge. The work shall include all labour, materials, tools, equipment, curing, surface finishing etc. |
| 10 | Providing pointing to the exposed face of masonry using suitable crystalline repair mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5:1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) over epoxy bond coat. The crystalline mortar shall have compressive strength > 45 MPa and adhesive bond strength > 1.5 MPa.
