| 2 | Inspection and comprehensive examination of the defective noisy Centrifugal Pumping Machinery (Q-3450 m3/hr, H-17 m, Motor Rating-250kW) for detecting the actual fault associated with the same by using proper testing equipment and engaging competent technicians, having adequate knowledge pertaining to the same as per direction of EIC. |
| 3 | Dismantling the said pumping machinery with all its related mountings and accessories (viz. Motor, Shafts, Impeller, Bearings, Bushes, etc.) part by part, after disconnecting the relevant electrical/mechanical connections, adopting appropriate safety precautions by using necessary T&P and by engaging competent personnel followed by segregating the spares into serviceable and unserviceable ones. This includes the charges for machining the coupling holes to match the new bushes and bolts along with the cost for hiring additional dewatering pump for bailing out the water from the pump house whiie going on the work (for 3 days appx.). |
| 4 | Reassembling the pumping machinery by using the dismantled spares (after having been serviced properly) as well as the departmentally supplied materials (viz. Bearing for Intermediate Shafts, Carrier Bushes, Pump Coupling Bushes, Fasteners etc.) including replacement of the defective motor by the standby one, followed by reinstallation of the entire Pump-Motor assembly by using necessary T&P and by engaging competent personnel. The work includes thorough cleaning, providing necessary hardware and consumables required, and carrying out the execution of the work by deploying expert technicians. The job also involves proper alignment of the pumping machinery with the existing motor in position, using a dial gauge to achieve radial alignment within 0-0.002\\" and axial alignment within 0-0.0015\\" as directed. |
| 5 | Testing and commissioning of the entire installation up to the entire satisfaction of EIC. |
| 6 | Vacuum Pump (Set-1) |
| 7 | Decoupling the motor (Motor Rating-7.5 kW) after disconnecting the relevant mechanical/electrical connections applying proper T&P by engaging competent personnel as per direction of EIC. |
| 8 | Cost for transportation of the defective P/M from site to the nearest workshop (Distance : Within 40km) and back to the site after necessary repairing by hired vehicle including loading and unloading charges. |
| 9 | Dismantling the said defective motor part by part, by engaging competent manpower as directed. |
| 10 | Supply and delivery of the following spares as per sample for the above motor set :- |

| 12 | Bearing 6208 |
| 13 | Bearing 6308 |
| 14 | Rewinding the said burnt out motor by supplying suitable size PVC insulated copper wire as per sample with all accessories including heat varnishing to complete the work after taking out all the damaged coil as per direction (Cost of winding is considered after deducting the value of burnt out coil). |
| 15 | Checking of rotor shaft, followed by stator- core cleaning and straightening. |
| 16 | Rotor grinding and polishing. |
| 17 | Reassembling the motor with newly supplied spares (Item No. 8.01-8.03) as well as the existing serviceable ones including cable jointing as per direction. |
