All useful material such as stones, shingles, aggregate,sand slates shall be properlystacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and all surplus excavated earth will be disposed off at approved dumping site which will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Any loss to thepublic and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceableand unserviceable materials shall betheabsoluteresponsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be dully compensated by him in all respectsincluding all incidental charges. |
