| 1 | Operation & maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant ( ETP) at PPA hospital premises by engaging 02 nos of skilled operators & 01 no of High skilled supervisor to maintain the ETP system , keeping all records etc for smooth functioning of the ETP , testing of output water, Greasing,Oiling,upkeeping of pumps ,blowers etc all complete, with supply of labour ,T&P all taxes excluding GST as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge .NB:(i)The rate of wages is as per the approved labour rate of Govt. of India/PPA. The contractor must pay the minimum wages as approved by govt. of India/PPA during operation of contract within 1st week of every month .(ii)EPF and ESI contributions for the engagged workers will be paid by the agency as per labour rule at their own which is not reimbursable .(iii) Agecy is suggested to quote the rate by considering the above. |
