| 1 | Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 415 Volts LT panel made out of sheet steel enclosure of 2mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated, mounted on heavy MS base frame, panel should be designed as per space available at site, dust& vermin proof, outward opening, front operated, cable entry from bottom, incomer & each outgoing feeder must have terminals of appropriate size in a cable alley to connect field cables, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets.The various components, assemblies and sub equipment’s of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be 50x6 mm in aluminum. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5mm cross section. Each wire will be terminating with a ferule crimped to the wire. MCCB installed in the panel shall be thermal magnetic type& door operated, MCB shall be C curve type. LT Panel having following components as per DJB approved makes: (1) Incomer MCCB 415 Volts, 4 pole, high breaking capacity 50 KA, 50 Hz, 200 Amp with spreader - 01 No. (2) On load change over switch for DG supply 200 Amp - 01 No. (3) Outgoing motor feeder MCCB 415 Volts, 3 pole, high breaking capacity 50 KA, 50Hz, 100 Amp with spreader - 06 Nos.(4) Outgoing MCCB 415 Volts, 4 pole, high breaking capacity 50 KA, 50 Hz, 100 Amp with spreader- 01 No. (5) MCB four pole 63 Amp - 03 Nos. (6) MCB double pole 32 Amp - 05 Nos. (7) MCB single pole 6 Amp - 16 Nos. (8) Over load relay 36- 60 Amp - 06 Nos. (9) Over load relay 4.5 - 7.5 Amp - 04 Nos. (10) Power Contactor 220V 3pase 70 Amp - 12 Nos. (11) Power Contactor 220V 3 phase 40 Amp - 06 Nos. (12) Power Contactor 220V 3 phase 18 Amp - 04 Nos. (13) Star delta timer on delay - 06 Nos. (14) Current transformer 200/5 - 06 Nos. (15) Current transformer 100/5 - 39 Nos. (16) Digital Amp. meter - 09 Nos. (17) Digital Volt meter - 02 Nos.
