Supply Of design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and proving of surface traverser 80 ton for handling and traversing the specified railway rolling stock as per specification appended with the tender. , design,supply, installation and commissioning of electrically operated vv drive 2 track surface t raverser 80- ton capacity as per specification appended with this tender. it also includes cost of installation & c ommissioning of dsl and support masts (as per requirement specified in schedule-i). it shall also include install ation and commissioning of related equipment, training of personnel in operation and maintenance of machine and supply of technical documentation. in addition to above, it also includes cost of preventive maintenance du ring 1st&2nd year of warranty period, which will be inclusive of all spares, material and labour cost. all mainten ance consumables like lubricants and grease except hydraulic oil / plant coolants shall form part of the scope of the preventive maintenance during the warranty period. it shall also include spares for two years normal opera tion and maintenance as per clause 5 of section-v (it may please be noted that these spares are over and abov e additional spares mentioned under schedule-i of section v of specification) and additional spares/items as sp ecified in schedule-i of specification appended with this tender. ] , a set of any other accessories as per para 4.2.1 of section iv of specification appended with the t ender. bidders are required to attach the price break up of these accessories in pdf file along with submitted bi d. ] , optional accessories:- a set of optional accessories also includes as per para 4.3 of section iv of specification appended with the tender. it shall also include consumables as per clause 6 of section v of specifi cation appended with tender. bidders are required to attach the price break up of these accessories individuall y in pdf file along with submitted bid. ] , comprehensive annual maintenance contract (camc) for 5 years after completion of 2 years of w arranty period from the date of commissioning & proving out of machine. bidders are required to attach the pri ce break up in year wise format for 05 years after expiry of 02 years of warranty period in pdf file along the sub mitted bid taking the rate of discounting factor as 10%. it is suggested that guidance regarding adopted formul ation in this regard may be referred at clause 8.7 of section iii of nwr sbd attached with this tender. ]
