| 1 | Supply and delivery of 2700 Lpm x 34 m Head Vertical type water/Oil lubricated statically, dynamically, hydraulically balanced turbine pump capable of discharging the following duty condition as given below due to all causes with surface discharge head confirming to IS 1710 and as amended as on date with accessories as per IS 5120/1977 (Reaffirmed 2011) and as ended thereafter to suit the site condition. The speed, No. of stages, sizes of column pipes and line shaft indicated is based on site condition prevailing during investigation. The pump should be supplied with non reversible ratchet pin housing safety clutch, suction strainer etc. The Pump Bowl assembly shall be with bronze impeller running at 450 rpm. The pump includes suitable head shaft, suitable 1.5 metre long SS line shaft required Nos. to suit the well depth, Rubber line shaft bearing of required Nos., C.I ring retainer of required Nos., 100 litre HDPE Pre- lubricating tank with 20mm PVC Rigid pipe connection along with GM gate valves, Suitable ERW column pipe of each 1.5m long of required Nos. to suit the well depth, Suction bell mouth of suitable size, M.S. clamps suitable for column pipe/line shaft -2 set and Spanner - 1 set etc complete. |
| 2 | Supply and delivery of 30HP/22KW vertical Hollow/Solid shaft Squirrel cage induction motor (IS 325) suitable for the above pump continuous rated TEFC/SPDP type with Class ‘F’ insulation for operation in AC, three Phase/50 HZ (±5%), 415V (±10%) running with a speed of pump noted above and with inbuilt thrust bearing assembly capable of taking up the entire load and non - reverse ratchet assembly etc., complete. The motor rating noted above is the minimum and shall be such that it should never be over loaded when the pump works at MWL condition and shall be 10% over and above the maximum HP absorbed by the pump. The motor offered should be energy efficient to have maximum efficiency at high power factor. Separate thrust bearing assembly could also be supplied to take up the down load |
| 3 | Manufacture, supply and delivery of 250mm DI D/F Slanted seat Tilting Disc Swing Check Valve in single piece body and closed eye disc construction. Hemispherical disc with 59 degree inclination for fast open and closing. Corrosion proof and wear resistent(triple offset) disc face & body seat face, both made of fusion bonded Nickel Chromium weld overlay and microfinished. Body and disc of ductile cast iron GGG-40 or GGG-50, medium free (dry) shafts of stainless steel and bearings of Zinc-free Bronze, Valve should have provision for internal damping unit for reducing the effects of water hammer/surge, if required at later stage. Electrostatic epoxy powder/liquid coating (EP-P) inside and outside color blue RAL 5005 with minimum coating thickness of 150 microns. The EPDM rubber & Epoxy Powder should be approved by W 270.(EP-P it is a resicoat powder approved for drinking water application, applied through fusion bonding technology process by dipping the shot-blasted casted components heated upto 200deg C). Face to face dimensions as per EN 558-1 series 14 and flange connections as per EN 1092-2/IS. |
| 4 | Supply and delivery of 250mm DI D/F Gate (sluice) valves (soft seated) resilient seated soft sealing Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with body Bonnet of Ductile cast iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50, Wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM replaceable spindle nut without gland packing and with 3 O- Ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be of Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/ISI 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F4. All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside with pocket less straight through body passage. All the valves are to be compatible for buried application with pressure rating PN 10/16. |

| 7 | Erection of water Lubricated / oil lubricated vertical turbine pump with motor at site of work including preparation of suitable foundation and bed, fabrication of packer plates from raw materials , cutting required shims , assembling and joining of all required loose components such as bowl assembly, impellor shaft, line shaft, column pipes , head soft, discharge head, bearings, drive unit, delivery side pipes , suitable tappers required valves and specials, pressure gauges and flow meters , adjustment of pump shaft and leveling and alignment checkup greasing of relevant components, grouting of foundation bolts and sole plate with non shrink grout materials of conbextra GP-2 cement erection, connecting the relevant electrical cables with motor properly etc. complete and testing the out put and efficiency, site performance test for noise and vibration and trial run for minimum 10 days and commissioning satisfactorily for the various HP of the vertical turbine pumpsets as given below per IE rules as directed by Municipality officers . |
| 8 | “Manufacturing, supply and delivery of 100 mm DI diaphragm type surge control valve against power failure surges or pressure waves caused by velocity changes, quick opening relief easily adjustable pressure setting. The valve should remain closed when line pressure is between the set-points of the two pilots. The valve should open initially when line pressure drops below the setting of the low-pressure pilot to anticipate surges associated with a pump stopping. The valve will also continue to react and remain open when the return high-pressure wave is above the setting of the high-pressure pilot or open when inlet pressure exceeds a pre-determined setpoint at which time the valve opens quickly, With high speed discharge, with flange dimension to EN 1092-2/ ISO 7005[DIN]. Body and cover in ductile cast iron of Grade GGG 40 (or) GGG 50. |
| 9 | Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of 80mm Tamper proof DI single chamber double orifice triple function (ventilating, admitting & ventilating during operation) air release valve with pressure rating PN 10/16 with body and cover made of Ductile Iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50, conforming to IS 1865 with Food Grade Epoxy Powder coating (EP-P) inside and for outside of colour blue RAL 5005. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., cover bolts, made of Austenitic alloy steel of SS AISI 304/316. The float shall be made of Polytetrafluroethylene/ Austenitic alloy steel of AISI 304/316. Gaskets and seals of EPDM / Neoprene rubber for Muncipality works anywhere in Tamil Nadu. |
