The Details Of Man Power To Be Deployed In Each Shift Of 8 Hrs. The List Of Equipments To Be Operated And Upkeeped Shall Be As Specified In Scc And Technical Specifications. , Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Of Hvac System Comprising Of 3 X 300 Tr Screw Chillers (Daikin Make) And Other Allied Equipments Alongwith Automatic Tube Cleaning System (Atcs) Of Old Terminal Building I/C Comprehensive Maintenance Of All Equipments, Machineries And Accessories Related To Hvac System As Detailed In The Special Condition Of Contract Which Includes Repair, Replacement Of Defective Components, Carrying Preventive Maintenance As Per Manufacturers & Aai Guidelines, Maintenance Of Records/ Documentation, Supplying Consumables For Electrical And Mechanical Maintenance I/C Maintaning Of Softening Plant Of Condenser Water, Chemical Dosing To Keep Condenser Water Quality Within Permissible Limit As Per Oem Standard Etc Complete As Required. The Work Shall Be Carried Out As Per Detailed Specifications, Terms And Conditions Of Contract. , Carrying Out Inspection Of 03 Nos Of 300 Tr Capacity (Daikin Make Screw Chillers) From Original Equipment Manufacturer (Oem) On Yearly Basis And Submission Of Inspection Reports To Engineer-In-Charge As Specified In Scc And Technical Specifications.
