Supply Of procurement of iv cannula with injection port 20g , procurement of iv cannula with injection port 20g. spec: 1.disposable, sterile, single-use, in dividually transparent packing. 2.a)size - 20 g, b)effective length 19 - 50mm, c) colour code according to si ze, d) minimum flow rate 60 ml/min. 3. should have an injection port, snap lid on port, leak-proof, must be leur fitting ,must have adaptable fixation wings. 4. catheter material a) biocompatible thermoplastic polym er, polyurethane-based (pur), exhibiting temperature- responsive softening at 37%b0c (%b1 2%b0c) to re duce vessel trauma during indwelling use.b) plain pvc catheters, or catheters not meeting the kink-resistan ce criteria shall not be accepted.c) manufacturers material datasheet and independent biocompatibility tes t report (iso 10993 series) must be submitted with the technical bid. 5. kink resistant. a)the catheter shall withstand a 90%b0 bend at a radius of %u226410 mm without complete lumen occlusion. b) on release of the induced bend, flow shall be restored to %u226590% of nominal unobstructed flow rate. c) compliance shall be demonstrated via test report per astm f2343 or an equivalent internationally recognised method, from an independent/accredited laboratory or the manufacturers certified in-house lab with nabl/iso 1702 5 accreditation ,6. should be non-thrombogenic, non-toxic and non-pyrogenic, haemo and thermocompati ble.7. needle:a). stainless steel needle with tri-bevel (or equivalent ultra-sharp) point for smooth, low-resist ance first-pass insertion.b) silicone coating on the needle surface to reduce insertion friction and patient dis comfort will be preferred.8. flashback chamber:a) transparent primary flashback chamber for immediate v isual confirmation of venous access.b) secondary flashback confirmation (visible through the catheter hub/ along the catheter) is required for reliable placement verification, particularly in low-flow or hypotensive pa ients.9. cannula should be: a). thin-walled. b). x - ray/radio-opaque line for determination by x-ray. ]
