| 1 | Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 33 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed.Note-: (a) 33 KV HT & 11 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs.(c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. |

| 4 | Material and labour for emergency maintenance work of 33 KV HT underground lines by deploying skilled electricians and labours at faulty site having team of minimum 6 persons and transportation including hydraulic machine and other tools and plant required at site for fault rectification per call complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within one hour of notification of breakdown . In case the rep or contractor shall not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breakdown within 1.00 hour a penalty of Rs 1000/- per fault per hour will be imposed over contractor and will be deduct from his dues. |
| 5 | Material & labour for repair /overhauling of OLTC ( On load tap changer ) of 33KV/11KV Power transformer of capacities 8/10 MVA at site by carried out following work of CG make :-(a) Opening of top plate of OLTC.(b) Draining out of transformers oil from the OLTC. (c) Stoping of leakage of oil from main shaft of OLTC including renewal of oil seal and all gasket of OLTC.(d) Checking /servicing of moving and fixed contact of OLTC and resistence test of contact.(e) Flushing of OLTC assembly with hot new oil and removing of sludge.(f) Filling of new transformer oil in OLTC .(g) Tightening of all tapping leads and connections. (h) Refixing of top plate of OLTC in original position after overhauling.(i) Electrical testing of manual/auto operation of OLTC.Note :- Transformer oil as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item No 44 here-in -after as supply only. |
| 6 | Material and labour for servicing /testing of 33 KV GIS control panel including indoor CT, PT and relays system in control panel of indoor SF 6 Gas Circuit Breaker of capacity 1250 Amps and rating 36 KV by the authorised agency. The complete as details mentioned as under:-(a) Details of servicing of breaker :-(i) Checking of Closing/Tripping coil assembly(ii) Adjustment of mechanism if required.(iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. (iv) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts.(v) Check for rust and wear.(vi) Checking of spring charge mechanism(vii) Visual check for rust and deformation.(viii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc.(ix) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires.(x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any.(xi) Check close & trip coil.(xii) renewal of Dashpot/shock absorbers .(xiii) renewal of carbon brush of spring charging motor(xiv) Cleaning of porcelain bushing(xv) Checking of limit switch |

The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth.(iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts.(iv) Check for rust and wear.(v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts.(vi) Visual check for rust and deformation.(vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc.(viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires.(ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing.(x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any.(xi) Check close & trip coil.(xii) Checking of Jaw Contacts Conditions and repair/adjust.(xiii) renew the jaw contacts,If required.(xiv) Improvement of resistance of epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish.(xv) renewal of Dashpot/shock absorbers .(xvi) renewal of carbon brush of spring charging motor |
