| 2 | Jobs to be done: DESCRIPTION OF WORK:1. Cutting and removal of the damaged grease platform using gas cutting equipment. 2. Straightening, alignment, and welding of the grease platform to restore its original condition. 3. Repairing and testing of the grease pump to ensure proper operation. 4. Cutting, straightening, and welding of the damaged battery box plate, including the supply and welding of an additional reinforcement plate wherever required. 5. Cutting and removal of the damaged platform railing using gas cutting equipment. 6. Cutting, straightening, alignment, and welding of the damaged angle sections. 7. Straightening, proper alignment, and welding of the platform railing to restore structural integrity. 8. Removal of 18 broken bolts and re-threading/tapping of the damaged bolt holes. 9. Supply and fitment of 18 Nos. suitable high-tensile (HT) bolts with nuts and washers. 10. Supply and replacement of 04 Nos. hydraulic hoses of the required specification, including proper installation and leak testing. 11. Completion of all welding, grinding, finishing, and necessary adjustments to ensure the repaired assembly is safe, functional, and ready for service.Material Required:-DA cylinder-02 nos, Oxygen cylinder-04 nos, Gauging electrode-13 kg, Low hydrogen electrode-15 kg, MS electrode-13 kg, Grinding wheel- 04 nos, Broken bolts removing-16 nos, HT bolt and washer-16 nso, Hose1/2” R2-3000 mm-01 no, Hose ½” R2-1050 mm-01 no. Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower. |
