| 1 | Repairing of existing MS tank of STP plant with the applying of 3mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) coating/lining Includes application of one layer of resin, followed by chopped strand mat (CSM) (300 GSM/450 GSM), with alternate layers of resin and mat to achieve required thickness. Final finishing with resin coat including Surface preparation of existing MS tanks by primer application, grinding to achieve a clean, dry, and rough surface suitable for FRP bonding etc with testing of jointing and water tightness complete as per direction of Engineer-In Charge. The vendor will ensure a completely leak proof condition of the tank. |

This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. |
