Tender for Conversion Of Swr To Lwr In Loop Lines In The Section Of The Aden/Bme Of Jodhpur Division , - All Items Of Ussor 2021 , - Repairs To Existing Glued Joint In Running Track Under Suitable Traffic Block With Renewal Of Following: - A.-A Pair Of Long Fish Plates, B.- H.T.S. Bolts & Nuts. C.- Punch Washer. D.- Insulated Bushes. E.-Insulated Channels. F.- 6Mm Thick End Posts. G.- Glue. H.-Hardner. I.- Glass Cloth Carrier And All The Materials And Fitting For Cleaning And Assembling Excluding Rail. J.- Any Other Fittings And Assesaries Required To Fabricate In Sites Glued Joint In All Respect As Per Rdso Drg. No. - T-671 / T-2572 And Specification Contained In Manual For In Situ Glued Joints. The Item Includes Remove D Of Fish Plate And Bolts With Existing Glued Joints And Clearing Of Rail Ends And Chamfering Of Hole, If Required. Note: - (I) In Situ Glued Joints Shall Be Checked For Insulation As Per Railways Satisfaction. (Ii)The Glued Joint Should Behave Satisfactorily Minimum Up To 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Laying. In Case Of Any Defects Detected In This Period, The Glued Joint Shall Have To Be Replaced. (Iii) Security Money Shall Only Be Released After Certification From Site In Charge Regarding Satisfactory Behavior Of All Glued Joints Minimum Up To 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Laying. (Iv) All The Released P.Way Material Shall Be Deposited In The Concern Sse/P.Way/ Store For Which Nothing Extra Will Be Paid. , Of Item
