1Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5sqm, complete all as directed.
2Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.
3Powder coated aluminium anodized frame work for doors/ windwos/ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc; complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron.
4Powder coated anodized aluminium door shutters aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing handles 2 No. in each door and 03 No. hings in each door anodised alum snap beading screws etc; complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron.
5Powder coated aluminium sliding window frame with moveable shutter sliding on minimum two PVC roller of best quality, for each shutter on three tracks with stainless steel mosquito proofing and glazing shutter with neoprene rubber gasket with aluminium beading, clips, frame made with aluminium section as appended below:- (i) Window frame :68.4x38mm X 1.15mm thick for three tracks.(ii) Top/bottom rail and style/rail of shutter : 15x37.5x1.15mm thick and over. (iii) Aluminium beading - 0.7mm thick (iv) Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm and fixed in aluminium window or alongwith F/Y section fixed with aluminium wire staples. (v) Aluminium fittings such aluminium suitable handle with auto interlock cap with suitable size.(vi) Making good of wall surfaces with silicon to match with existing surfaces. Notes: (i) Rate quoted is inclusive for provn of above items in frame with shutter. Glass and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately (Refer TD drg No CEUZ/TD/1236/06 Sht No 1/1 ).(ii) Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron.
6Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and directed.
75.5mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing fixed with rubber gasket in aluminium section in square exceeding 0.50 sqm each pane, complete all as specified and directed.
8Providing and fixing aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet of approved make and colour, 3mm/4mm thick, fixed on aluminium door shutter/frame with aluminium sections, including necessary aluminium cleats, SS screws, rivets, sealant, beading, cutting, finishing, complete all as specified and directed.
9Sheet glass, 4.00mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing fixed with rubber gasket in aluminium section in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.
10Figured glass, 4.00mm thick, pin head type and glazing fixed with rubber gasket in aluminium section in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

16Factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube with wooden grain printed PVC sheet used inserted of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet complete all as specified and directed.
17Factory Made Solid PVC moulded door shutter with particle board core, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and directed.
18150mm long aluminium handles cast type, anodised and fitted, completed all as specified and directed.

23Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc; and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00Kgs of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
24Machine cut kota stone flooring 18mm to 20mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing ( mirror finish) (each stone not less than 55cms x 55cms) over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) as in floor finished rough including roughening of existing surfaces by pickaxe and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 03 Kg/Sqm of surface complete all as specified and directed.
25Marble work 18mm to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble of any shade with providing 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
26Machine cut kota stone slab 18mm to 20mm thick in skirting, dado and pillar laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing (mirror finish) over 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) including taking out of existing dado, complete all as specified and directed.
27Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
28Virified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc; set and jointed in neat cement slurry with 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

33Acid resistant tiles, 15mm thick, vitreous ceramic, unglazed, set, jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type, in floors all as specified as per manufacturer instruction.
34Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.
35PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

44Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, parapets including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, at any description with necessary scaffolding of max height for G+2 storied etc; complete all as specified and as directed.
45Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
46Rendering 5mm thick in ceiling cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
47Brick work with subclass \\"B\\" bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
48All as per Srl item No. 47.00 above here-in-before but except brick.
49Brickwork with subclass `B` bricks, as in half brick wall in straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
50Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty (in two or more layers) complete all as specified and directed.
51Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including 3mm thick wall care putty (in two or more layers), including necessary scaffolding for max height of G+2 bldg with parapet etc; complete all as specified and directed. Make of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint:- Asian (Apex ultima), berger (Super coat) or ICI Dulux (weather shield). Note:- In one or more shade as approved and directed by Engr-in-Charge
52Preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
53Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces and finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including 3mm thick wall care putty (in two or more layers) , including necessary scaffolding for max height of G+2 bldg with parapet etc; complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In one or more shade as approved and directed by Engr-in-Charge
54Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface including complete removal of existing treatment by machinary only, scraping down smoke soot, moulded, moss, efflorscent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls over 3mm thick wall care putty (in two or more layers) complete all as specified and directed.
55Rendering 15mm thick in two layer (10mm+5mm) in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacuture instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) water proofing compound on only top layer of plaster (i.e; 5mm thick)(ii) Qty of WPC 200ml per cement Bag as per manufacturer instructions. (iii) Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only.
56Supply only liquid water proofing compound.
57Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface including complete removal of existing treatment by machinary only, scraping down smoke soot, moulded, moss, efflorscent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper on ceiling over 2mm thick wall care putty (in two or more layers) omplete all as specified and directed.
58Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.
59Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

63Designing fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for multistoried bldgs etc, including. (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalization or rain screen principle as required, proper drainge of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick almuinium composite the panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated with kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumioflon based fluoropolyme resin coating of approved colour and shade on front side and polymer (service) coating on back side as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant backer rods etc. (Contd..../)
64(c) The fastening brackets of aluminium alloy 6005 T5/MS with hot dip glavanized with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement fastener SS 316 pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, nylon separators to prevent bimetallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification drawing the item includes cost of all material & labour component the cost of all mock ups at site cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation, base frame work for ACP cladding is oayable under the relevant aluminium items the contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete,as per the Architectural drawing as per item description, as specified as pre approved shop drawings and as directed by Engineer in-Charge, however for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm up to two decimal places.Note: i) Payment shall be made for the item executed at side and measured for work completed per Sqm. No extra payment shall be paid for any wastage at site on account of approved design. ii) Contractor is advised to visit site or GE office in working hours to clarify the approved design.iii) The whole work will be executed under supervision of higher officials and GE.
65Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors) including roof treatment any type, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, complete all as specified and directed.
66Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, (nominal mix) type B-0, using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and the like including use of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
67Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacuture instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Qty of WPC 200ml per cement Bag or as per manufacturer instructions (ii) Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only.
68Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen VG 20 at the rate of1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
69One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.50 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm, polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashingNote: (i) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions(ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instructions(iii) The make of polymeric membrane shall be IWL India Ltd chennai. Ltd or \\"MOPLY FP\\" of Texsa India Ltd). Note: APP based polimeric membrane of approved manufacturer will be laid/fixed by authorised person of the same manufacturers units asper relevent IS.
70Providing and laying cool roof anti-slip tiles with SRI 90% or higher for maximum solar reflection, 10mm to 12mm thick, 300mm x 300mm size of approved make and approved shade, suitable for roof/terrace exposure, over existing APP waterproofing membrane, including Laying a protection/separation layer (non-woven geotextile or 300 to 400 micron polythene sheet) to safeguard the membrane incl providing and laying 20mm thick, cement mortar screed (1:4) or polymer-modified adhesive bed over the protection layer fixing tiles, maintaining line, level and required slope towards rainwater outlets, jointing with polymer-based cementitious grout or matching cement slurry, curing, cleaning, and finishing and all incidental works complete as per manufacturer’s guidelines and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, ensuring waterproofing integrity of the APP membrane is maintained complete all as specified and directed.
71Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
