| 2 | Charges for replacement of 4000 Amp ACB as above as per the details of work below: -a) Taking proper shutdown and isolation of the complete existing ACB in the incoming chamber and ensuring the absence of voltage or any residual energy with all safety measures.b) Dismantling the existing complete incoming ACB from the chambers of the main L T Panel including cradles and disconnecting the incoming bus bar connections and disconnecting outgoing connections.c) Making and supply of base supports of size as suitable to the mounting of new ACB. Fixing of the same at the panel chamber as suitable for installation of the new ACB / their cradles.d) Dismantling the old door and making / supply of new panel door made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet of suitable size duly painted and with cut out as suitable to the operation of new ACB. Fixing the new Door at the chambers of the panel along with all the required accessories.e) Installation of the new ACB cradle in the panel by the help of nuts bolts etc. in proper alignment for connecting the bus bars. Fixing the ACB in the cradle as per site requirement. |
| 3 | Making incoming power supply connections after fixing of 4000 Amp ACB by making the connections of the incoming supply with the incoming sides of the new ACB by rearrangement / modification / addition / fixing of bus bars in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per existing for retrofitting of ACB including bending, shaping and drilling of the bus bars as required |
| 4 | Making provisions for outgoing supply of the new 4000 Amp ACB by rearrangement / modification / addition, fixing of bus bars in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per existing and connecting with main bus bars of the panel including bending, shaping and drilling of the bus bars as required. |
| 5 | Charges for renovation of Metering / Indicating arrangement of ACB as per details below: -a) Dismantling the Meters / Selector Switches etc. with their wiring connections and replacing them by new Meters, selector switches in the metering chambers of the ACB including making their connections by wiring as requiredb) Setting and configuring the Meters as per the CT ratio and testing the parameters display as per requirement at site.c) Dismantling the old Indicating lights / fuses etc. after disconnecting their wiring connections and replacing them by new Indicating lights in the metering chambers of the ACB. Making the connections of Lights and control connections by wiring as per requirement at site.. |
