| 1 | Repair of existing tennis court, including scraping and removal of loose or delaminated material, thorough cleaning of the existing surface, collection and disposal of debris, cutting and preparation of defective portions, filling of minor cracks and local depressions with approved fine-graded asphalt/bituminous patching material, spreading, hand compaction, local surface levelling, minor edge repairs and touch-up repairs to the edges of the open drain, complete to the required line, level and slope, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate shall cover local patch repairs limited to 15% of the court area at an average depth not exceeding 10 mm. Repairs exceeding this provision shall be measured and paid separately.) |
| 2 | Supply and installation of ITF Classified Surface system 8 layers acrylic system with thickness up to 3mm. The flooring should be certified by International Tennis Federation (ITF) and should have application as first layer of primer (100% acrylic latex based emulsion to improve bond of acrylic court system to the asphalt surface having consumption ratio of 0.014kg/sqft), second layer of acrylic Resurface (Filling and smoothing asphalt or concrete surfaces in preparation for Acryflex tennis court system. It should also fill the surface chips, voids and conceals repairs while providing a smooth surface for color coating. It should have a consumption ratio of 0.046kg/sqft), Third, Fourth & Fifth layer of Unirubber liquid cushion layers at a consumption ratio of 0.10 kgs per sqft altogether, Sixth & Seventh layer of Precoat (Quartz filled % 100 acrylic latex based textured tennis topcoat with consumption ratio of 0.078 kg/sqft) and Eighth layer of Topcoat (100% acrylic latex polymer & colour coat for the finished surface to protect from UV). It should have consumption ratio of 0.023 kg/sft). On top of these 8 layers, the line marking should be done with Overline paint ( 100 % acrylic latex based high hiding line paints. It should have consumption ratio of 4 kg/court). The acrylic resurfacer must have silica sand infill to be embedded into it with consumption ratio of 0.065 kg/sqft. | 3 | Providing and fixing one pair of heavy-duty, weather-resistant, powder-coated steel tennis posts of approximately 75–80 mm section, fitted with corrosion-resistant internal winding mechanism, top caps, net-fixing hooks, ground sockets and all required accessories, including dismantling and removal of the existing Tennis posts, cutting or drilling of the existing surface where required, positioning, alignment, fixing, anchoring and grouting of the posts, making good the disturbed concrete or asphalt portions and restoring the existing synthetic acrylic flooring with matching primer, resurfacer and colour coats, including disposal of dismantled materials and debris, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Make: ISI (sports) |
| 4 | Providing and fixing heavy-duty spring-loaded pressure-release basketball dunking ring made of solid steel, having an internal diameter of 450–459 mm and a solid steel section of 16–20 mm diameter, finished with weather-resistant orange powder coating, including factory-fitted mounting plate/brackets, adjustable pressure-release mechanism, high-tensile bolts, nuts, washers, locking arrangement and heavy-duty white nylon net with 12 attachment loops, including dismantling the existing ring where required, drilling, positioning, alignment, fixing, tightening, testing, adjustment and minor making good of the affected portions, complete as per the manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
