2Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc, including disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed.
3M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
4M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10mm under layer + 5mm top layer) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound on top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)
5M&L 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces/ soffits of chajjas etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
6Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification, complete all as directed.
7M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting, complete all as specified and directed.
8M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting, complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, cornices etc and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade pattern deep green/camouflage (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm, complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of wall, cornices etc and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade pattern deep green/camouflage (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior emulson primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

13Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specifed and directed.
14S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.
15S&F plain, aluminium sheeting, alloy 31000 H4, 0.71mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed), complete all as specified and directed.
16S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating, GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.
17Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.
18S&F for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats Fe 290w (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

34S & F for MS round bar, 10mm dia and over for rungs, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

44M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
