| 2 | i) Pillar & Bench Mark Setup: Install two permanent 300x300x1000 mm PCC control pillars (600 mm underground) with top steel plates. The vertical height (Z-coordinate) must be transferred from the nearest PWD/Irrigation Bench Mark via precise leveling; do not use handheld GPS for elevations. ii) Grid Topographical Survey: Run a detailed Total Station survey across the plot to create a 5m x 5m elevation grid, taking closer 1m spot levels along critical zones like adjacent road surfaces and existing building plinths. iii) Urban & Utility Mapping: Map all physical features within the project area, including the neighboring Zilla Parishad boundary walls, municipal drains (noting their depth and flow direction), road edges, utility poles, and trees with a girth over 300 mm. iv) AutoCAD & Excel Deliverables: Deliver the final survey layout and colored contour drawings in AutoCAD format using distinct layers for boundaries, utilities, and elevations. Submit all raw point data as a standard Excel file (containing Point ID, X, Y, Z, and descriptions). v) Final Tender Submission: Provide three high-quality, colored hard copies of the survey maps on A3/A1 paper, along with a digital copy containing all CAD drawings, Excel data, and site layout photos on a pendrive. |
