| 1 | SITC of PV Module : Mono / Multi crystalline 75Wp PV Module under MNRE / SEC Tested - 75Wp ( Make Neosole / Waaree / Tata BP / Vikram Solar/ Adani /Panasonic/ Topsun or equivalent) i) Indigenously manufactured PV module with DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) compliance should be used. ii) The PV module should have crystalline Silicon Solar Cells and must have a certificate of testing conforming to IEC 61215 Edition II / BIS 14286 from an NABL of IECQ accredited Laboratory. iii) The power output of the modules under STC should be minimum of 75 Wp at load voltage of 16.4+_ 0.2V iv) The open circuit voltage of PV modules under STC should be at least 21.0 Volts. v) The module efficiency should not be less than 14 %. vii) The PV modules must be warranted fir their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of Ten (10) years and 80% at the end of Twenty-five (25) Years. Submission of test reports and warranty certificate for atleast five years from OEM is mandatory. |

| 3 | SITC of Solar Led street Light Luminaires of 30 Watt (Model No. : LEDSOLAR06SI30W30AHLIFEPO475WpWOPCWL Make Halonix or equivalent Model of Havells/Philips/Wipro/Panasonic as per the choice of EIC) with the following features : i) 30W LED Luminaire made of PDC Aluminum housing IP 66 with Inbuilt Constant Current LED Driver, Battery & inbuilt Automatic dusk to dawn charge controller, Inbuilt PIR Sensor with Luminaire ii) The luminous performance not be less than 120 lumen/watt. iii) W-LEDs should not emit ultraviolet light. iv) The color temperature of LEDs used in system should be in the range of 5500k - 6500k. v) Multiple light levels : The lamp should have two levels of light to take care of different lighting needs during the night. vi) 1.5 Sq mm 2 Core cable as per ISI standard to connect between charge controller and SPV module vii) MPPT Charge controller & PIR motion sensor based dimming- 30% energy saving mode at No Motion and 100%-Full brightness mode at Motion detected viii) After dusk ON 12H per Day as per Dimming Type considering 180 minutes ( 3 hours ) active motion Submission of test reports and warranty certificate for atleast five years from OEM is mandatory. The OEM must provide technicians atleast two for monthly inspection, cleaning and maintenance of Solar Panels, battery etc. atleast 10 times a year for each solar street light for each of the five years of warranty period and a log book of attendance of the visiting technicians in the letter pad of OEM/ authorised service provider of OEM duly signed by the authority whom the handover will be made, concerned Sub Assistant Engineer and concerned Assistant Engineer. |
| 4 | Supply and Installation of octagonal GI Pole with GI foundation nuts and bolts including PV Module Mounting Structure and Other accessories ( Make Halonix/Philips/ Utkarsh/ Transrail/Bajaj as per the choice of EIC) i) Pole Height : 6 Mtr ii) Pole Outer Dia : 76 mm iii) Thickness : 3.15 mm iv) Including Luminaries Monting Header v) Including solar Panel Mounting structure. vi) Earthing with 10' GI Pipe and GI Strip of 25 mm x 6 mm with test results to be less than 5V. Above 4.5 Meter and upto 6.5 Meter, Foundation base should be minimum size of (450mmX450mm) with clean and smooth finishing. |
