Sl. No. Item Description
1Cutting & clearance of jungle, bushes, shrubs Ankra/Ipomoea, Juliflora typna etc. on canal and bunds in dry/moist/slushy conditions including disposal as per instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Cost of wood has been deducted from rates and thus will be property of contractor after cutting.
2Excavation including loading, unloading, disposal and dressing of excavated earth within initial lead of 50m and lift up to 1.5m including dressing of excavated area and dewatering wherever required complete in all respect (b) hard/dense soil
3Refilling the excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including cost of water. loading and unloading wherever required with cost of dewatering wherever require.
4Earth work in rough (borrow area) excavation for embankments in hard soil, morrum or highly weathered strata dry or moist, including laying in 20 cm layers (before compaction) and breaking of clods, sorting of grass, pebbles etc. and dressing when compacted by sheep foot roller/pneumatic tyred roller to obtain dry density of at least 98% of Standard Proctor's density with initial lift of 1.5m (Excluding charges for compaction and watering) including loading and un-loading wherever required complete in all respect with intial lead 250m .(a) Deduct item no.16 (a) above if standard proctors density to be achive is at least 90% (128-19=109/-)
5Preparation of foundation of structure including removal of all loose stones, silt and final washing. (a) By manual labour
6Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Nominal mix (1:3:6) including leads of all construction materials, curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto 20mm
7Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Nominal mix (1:2:4) including leads of all construction materials, curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto 20mm
8Side shuttering including propping etc. Retaining wall, counterfort, abutment, wing walls up stream or down- stream slope facings of dams and open faces of construction joints etc.
9Supplying of M.S. reionforcement including labour charges for bending binding and placing in position all reinforcement as per drawing including cost of binding wire and all leads and lifts using.Tor or ribbed bars (IS :1786-1985)
10Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 75 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar including filling joints with River sand complete.
11Random rubble stone masonry (using R. R. stones where 75 % stones to be not less than 15 cm in size in any direction and weighing not less than 23 kg.) for foundation including curing all leads of all construction materials including curing etc. complete.In cement sand mortar 1:5
12Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. brick (IS 13757- 1993 ) ofclass designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level uptofloor five level in : Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
13Plaster in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints, smooth finishing & curing etc. complete including all leads of all construction materials of thickness: ( a ) 20 mm
14Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT & GLOSSY finished ceramic tile confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4) Size 600mm x 600mm.
15Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.20Kg/10 sqm)
16Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting (height upto 10 m) , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:
17Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whenever required.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2
18Providing, laying and spreading of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Plant Mix Method Grading-III
19M-30,80mm thick to be used in medium-traffic (Medium trafficis defind as a daily traffic of 150-450 commercial vehicles exceeding 30 KN laden weight , or an equivalent of 0.5 to 2.0 MSA for a design life of 20years) like city streets, small and medium market roads, low volume roads ,ytility cuts on arterial roads, etc. Category ‘B’ Denated only two side like I,Z,T shape etc. as per IRC SP 63:2004
