While mostly is done by Reverse rotary method, but when stony/boulder strata appear, then other methods i.e. direct rotary etc. are used. So drilling by any suitable rig in this area including the cost of consumable store fuel, oil & transportation of rig to the site of proposed bore. Complete in all respect upto full depth (0 to 180 mtr depth BGL).1. Erection and dismantliing of boring plant including all arrangement for the transportation of the boring equipment to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by the contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work . Pits for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell be arranged by the firm / contractor at site at his own cost.2. In case the bore is converted into a tubewell payment of bore shall be made up to the bail plug plus margin (7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirement whichever is less) required for sustaining the main bore. The test bore beyond margin shall be paid at the rate of test bore drilling\\". |

| 26 | Provision for Sterilisation of tubewell with sodium hypochorlide/ chlorination of well as per IS code 2800: 2019 complete job. The well shall be disinfected or sterilized as per IS code 2800:2019 or latest, after the development by pump and before the final test. All wells regardless of the use should be sterilized on completion to prevent or retard the growth of corrosion or Incrustation fostering organisms. This should be done by introducing chlorine into the water in the well and immediate aquifer surrounding the well The volume of water in the screen and casing should be estimated and sufficient chlorine added to yield for water with chlorination of 1000 ppm. The solution should be poured into the well and thoroughly mixed in the well by surging with pump. The solution should remain in the well for at leaset 6 hours during which it should be surged at about 2 h interval. After expiration of contact time, the well should be pumped initially back into the well for abour 30 minute and late to waste until there is little of no odour or taste of chlorine in the discharged water. IT has been found that using hypochlorite is of 10% concentration, the requirement of hypochlorite is 10 litre for every cubic meter of water in the well to produce |
