(h) Basic inputs to be noted from the complainants will be locality, Building No, Qtr No, Name and Rank of complaint and exact nature of complaint and mobile No/ telephone (j) On lodging the complaint, the Complaint No will be assigned for reference . Also system should indicate an approximate time for repairs. Accordingly a corresponding complaint slip shall be generated by the system with all relevant info. Complaint slip should be printed in triplicate and to be handed over immediately to Supervisor who shall detail appropriate tradesmen for repair with required materials/store. One copy of complaint shall be retained in complaint centre and two copies with tradesmen. |

Note : Contractor shall be responsible for followings :- (i) Installation of landline telephone connection with internet broadband facility, obtaining SIM cards for mobile phones for supervisor and workers, deployed by the contractor. (ii) Payment of telephone bills, internet charges, mobile bills, expenses etc shall be borne by the contractor and no claim whatsoever on this account will be admissible by the department. (iii)A Computer/PC System with internet Connection for the Complaints lodging and Supervising will be Provided by the Contractor and will not be paid Seperately.(iv)Space for complaint cell/Office & Store will be Provided by the Department. And for any Security Breach/Theft Activity department will not be responsible. Contractor Have to arranged All Security Things By Self.(v) The penalty for Rs 50 per complaint will be imposed on contractor for not attending any complaint within 24 hours after reciept of complain by any means as specified. |
