| 3 | ( CONTINUE FROM ABOVE 1.00 )Pre-Bid Engineering ServicesThe Design Consultant shall provide all engineering support necessary for successful bid submission, including but not limited to:• Review of tender specifications, drawings and scope of work.• Identification of technical deviations and preparation of deviation schedules.• Preparation of BOQ and engineering quantities.• Technical support for estimation and costing.• Preparation/review of technical offer.• Clarifications during the pre-bid stage.• Participation in technical discussions with the Client, if required.• Any other activity to be carried out for submission of tender to Client. |
| 4 | ( CONTINUE FROM ABOVE 1.10 ) Post-Bid Construction Engineering ServicesIn the event of award of the contract, the Design Consultant shall provide complete engineering support throughout project execution, including:• Design and engineering of Hydrogen storage bullet including Civil Foundation.• Preparation of design calculations.• Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings.• Preparation of fabrication drawings.• Civil, structural and foundation drawings.• Design calculations for wind, seismic, anchorage, nozzle loading and thermal effects.• Development of P & ID & PFD• Preparation of the Thermal/hydraulic /datasheets, preparation of control philosophy, and operating and trip logic system.• The Engineering contractor shall extensively use latest design software including 3D Modelling with PDS/PDMS software /SP3D |
| 5 | ( CONTINUE FROM ABOVE 1.20 )•Review and approval support for vendor documents.• Resolution of Client/PMC comments.• Construction engineering support.• Site engineering assistance.• Technical support during fabrication, erection, hydrotest and commissioning.• Assistance for statutory approvals, wherever applicable.• Preparation of as-built engineering documentation.• Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Assistance.• Performance Guarantee and Guarantee for Utility Consumption if required• Training of Owners personnel if required• Operation and maintenance manual.• PESO/CCOE/SIL Classification & Verification / LOPA study• Safety Studies including HAZAN study, HAZOP study• Purchasing / Subscribing to the latest softwares required for carrying out the design and engineering works and to fulfill the requirements of the client’s bid specification.• Any other activity to be carried out for successful completion of the work relevant to the scope of the consultant. |
| 6 | NOTE:-Pre-Bid Engineering Charges shall be considered as 1% of the total Engineering Charges or ₹2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakh Only) whichever is lower.In the event that Bridge And Roof Company (India) Limited is awarded the EPC Contract, no separate payment shall be made for the Pre-Bid Engineering Services. The amount attributable to Pre-Bid Engineering shall be deemed to be included in the total Engineering Charges and shall be released during project execution in accordance with the approved billing schedule.
