Comprissing of item are as under:- (i) Surface preparation of substrate including cleaning, crack filling and priming with FORSOC / Nitoproof WB primer and Equivalent.(ii) Application of FORSOC/Nitoproof 650 PU waterproofing membrane in two coats(iii) Application of FORSOC / Nitofoam 45 thermal insulation (80mm avg thickness 40 kg/mtr cub density) to maintain slop 1:40 in plan area.(iv) PUF insulation layer sealer coat (compatible with PU membrane)(v) Laying of 150-200 GSM geotextile layer with 150mm overlaps(vi) Laying of 25mm thick M-20 cement screed with slope 1:40 in plan area.(vii) Supply & Fixing of 300x300x8mm Endura-Johnson (or equivalent) cool roof tiles (SRI > 78) using Nitolite adhesive in plan area.Note:- All measurements for payment shall be only plan area. |
