2Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas,facia and similar suspended work. complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
3Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
4Demolition of Cement concrete unreinforced as in Ground Floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thick (above or below G.L.) complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
5Dismanting of wrought iron or mild steel of any description not otherwise provided for in any location and any position complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
6Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame)exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 sqm each with mongry including Cutting holes into through brick wall and making good to dismantled portion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
7Taking down steel window/ventilator with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each with mongry including Cutting holes into through brick wall and making good to dismantled portion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) B1complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
8Taking down steel or window/ventilator with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 sqm each with mongry including Cutting holes into through brick wall and making good to dismantled portion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) B1 complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
9Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
10Dismantling of cast iron pipe/ PVC drain pipes/PVC (SWR) pipe/reinforced concrete etc, 75/110mm jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches and wall, if required complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
11Welding in repairs exc 2.5 cm and n.exc 5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc 9 mm but n.exc 20 mm thick for connecting new and old reinforcement in any position any dia complete all as specified and directed.
12Running welding in repairs exceeding 9 mm but n.exc 20 mm thickness of metal to be welded all as specified and directed.
13Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15mm bore in pipe, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site to store complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
14Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 20mm bore in pipe, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site to store complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
15Taking out roots of trees penetrated through valves/concrete surfaces etc upto a depth of 600mm by chieseling , demolition of brick work, concrete work and pouring concentrated acids/ Dr fixit chemicals upto the depth of roots and making good the disturbed portion. complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
16Dismantling existing brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs from any position grouted in cement mortar including removal of any existing treatment complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
17Demolition of cement plaster, loose concrete, pointing, old loose foreign particles, old APP, vegetation with roots if any and cleaning the surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud and loose foreign particles, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleened surface with gunny bage or air blower to remove all loose dirt etc (excuding mud phuska) preparing surface for screed bed for APP membrane (APP membrane and screed bed will be measured and paid sepretely) complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
18Demolishing of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) and complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside premises area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
19Cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terraces,cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen 85/25 and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
20Cutting out grooves 'C' section in existing beam,lintel for construction joint to new chajja,beam complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
21Cutting grooves or rebates in parapet walls 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and making good in cement mortar 1:3 after inserting APP membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.
22Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete/ brick surfaces/ chajja beam/ columns finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
23Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.
24Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 0.70 kg per sq.m over cleaned and dry roof surface including parapet etc complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25Water proofing treatment on roof/ sunken portion using APP modified reinforced ( on roof/sunken portion) water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm with thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm over cleaned surface including parapet, torching over laps with a propane or butan gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing all as per manufacturers instructions incl wire brushing and cleaning the top surfaces of concrete, roof surfaces etc. with water including flashings and junction of parapets etc. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortor 1:3 provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
27Material and labour for 300 X 300 mm X 7 to 8 mm thick roof temp sheild tiles as in terraces, roofs pavement as in horizontal and slant and vertical surfacs, white in colour, set in neat cement slurry having 4mm width joints with spacers and grouting the joints of flooring with epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade ( 0.10kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg in the ration of 8:1:2) over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
28Repairing the edges of concrete chajjas, facias, columns n exc 200 mm wide by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 Thickness 10 to 20 mm as required including all necessary form work and provision of rendering 10 mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) with chiken wire mesh, after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm of surface finished even and fair in patches including two coat of wether coat Apex paint over a coat of primer including taking down swoolen/ damaged plaster or concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
29Repairing of concrete chajjas, facias, columns & the like by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 15 to 20 mm as required including all necessary form work and/ or provision of rendering 10mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) with chiken wire mesh, after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm of surface finished even and fair, surface , in patches including two coat of wether coat Apex paint over a coat of primer including taking down swoolen/damaged plaster or concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
30Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity up to 500 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc all as specified and directed.
31Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quions arches, pillar or any other descrption etc complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
