| 17 | Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster by using Ready Mix Mortar for plaster in single coat on rough (similar) side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 sand). |
| 18 | Removing the existing flush door shutter along with necessary hardware carefully withiout causing damage to the damage frame or adjecent surfaces . Repairing the damaged portion of the door, including filling cracks, replacing broken or delaminated core, edge bending, and reapplying necessary adhesive or laminate if required. Rectifying the door frame alignment if necessary. refixing the flush door in position with proper hinges,screws,and other required fittings, ensuring smooth movement and proper locking system.
