| 1 | Dismantling and taking down old refrigeration system comprising compressors, condenser, insulation, doors, air curtain, etc., including all connected items (indoor unit), and demolition of PUF panels in cold room and of foundation to facilitate replacement, complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Items obtained from dismantling of cold room indoor and outdoor units shall be kept safely for reinstallation after installation of new PUF panels. |
| 2 | Installation, testing and commissioning of existing Blue Star cold room units comprising 03 Nos indoor units, 03 Nos outdoor units and 01 No air curtain, including all connected items of cold room approved by OEM. Work includes leak testing of all units, evacuation of gas and filling with nitrogen gas for 24 hours, rectification the leakages with and including required materials/ brazing etc. and refilling/ top up of refrigerant R-404A in existing Blue Star units of cold room, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | S&F in repair PUF panels for room of size 7.6 m × 7.6 m × 3.0 m (external dimensions), consisting of wall panels made of SS-304 (inner and outer skin) of 24 SWG sheets, minimum 127 mm thick, eco-friendly cyclopentane PUF panels SS inside and PPGI outside, suitable for maintaining temperature of (-18°C ± 2°C), including non-CFC refrigerant (R-404 A), communication frame, condenser stand, protective shed for condensing units, and foundation works with necessary angles, channels, silicone sealant, rivets, rods and PUF panels joinery and cam lock for modular construction (wall-to-wall and ceiling-to-ceiling), complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Contractor shall prepare and submit detailed drawings of the complete cold room along with indoor units for approval by the GE before installation. |
