Name of Work:- REPAIRS TO STORM WATER, DRAINAGE SYSTEM, DRAINAGE SYSTEM, DRAIN COVERS, FENCING, HARDSTANDING AND OTHER MISC PETTY REPAIRS FOR MD ACCN AT INS HAMLA UNDER GE (NW) BHANDUP
Sl. No. Item Description
1Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
2M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete in foundation of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.
3Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, cornices, concrete coping etc on brick work complete all as specified and directed.
4M & L for Brick work with sub class \\"B\\" Bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
5M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in solid block masonry exceeding 100 mm width and built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
6M & L for walling or random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly, hearted built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.
7All as per item No. 6 above but except stones including removal of mortar, cleaning with water etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note:- Old stone obtained under item above shall be re-used under the subject items.
8M & L for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on fair face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40 mm for granite or trap stone of face beds & joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Hidden portion of masonry shall not be hammer dressed.
9M & L for racking out joints / pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
10M & L for raised pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses built in cement mortar and pointing to RR masonry with CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
11Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
12M & L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B-2 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footings including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.
13M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations rough finished surfaces, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.
14M & L for RCC (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B-2 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
15M & L for formwork to rough finish surface of concrete flat, soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, supported on wall etc. landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.
16M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like slab etc complete all as specified and directed.
17M & L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC / PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm complete all as specified and directed.
18M & L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for beams, cantilevers etc complete all as specified and directed.
19M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for cover slab MH including necessary form work and set in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.
20M & L for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in chajjas complete all as specified and directed.
21M & L for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in fascias, louveres, parapets and the like complete all as specified and directed.
22M & L for formwork to sides & soffit of roof beams / top beams fascias chajja louveres rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.
23Supply and fixing TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips confirmed to Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and directed.
24Supply and fixing TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips confirmed to Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and directed.
25Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well raming in layer not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.
26Removing excavated material outside MD land exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.
27Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.
28Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished with 5 mm thick plaster complete all as specified & directed.
29M & L for two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on new surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
30M & L for one coat of cement base paint on old surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
31M & L for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
32Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground on concrete, brick work, masonry etc and removing of demolished materials outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
33Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type and size complete all as specified and directed.
34Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
35M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and filling concrete for columns, fencing posts etc complete all as specified and directed.
36S & F for mild steel angle iron cut to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire as in posts and struts in fencing etc including all necessary cutting and welding etc and for similar work complete all as specified and directed.
37S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine cut) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and srewed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted wth washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.
38M & L for PVC coated chain link fencing, size not exceeding 40 mm x 40 mm. The dia of GI wire shall be 2.5 mm to 3 mm and thickness of PVC shall be 1 mm to 1.5 mm fixed to the posts complete all as specified and directed.
39M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
40Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.
41M & L for mild framed works as in large and small gates and grills, gratings and angles, tees, channels chain link fenching etc, including hanging gates in pillar with proper pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
42M & L for roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crange gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.
43Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.
44S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (150 micron) coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
45S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (150 micron) coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
46S & F in repairs of Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and fixing to any of standard rails straining bolts, includig securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.
47M & L for restraining & resecuring of galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and fixing to any of standard rails straining bolts, includig securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.
48S & F razer type concertina coil, 9SWG hot galvanised spring tensile wire 145 to 150 newton per square mm, zinc coating 250-300 gram per sqm, dia of coil when unstretched 610 mm minmum no. of coils 10 per RM after laying hot dip galvanised razer ribbon tape of size 0.50 mm thick 19 mm wide before wrapping of central core wire fixed with 1.66 mm thick GI clips 25 nos per running meter and special nut bolts, hold 'z' coil together and extra two rows parallel wire of 10 gauge complete all as specified and directed by the EIC including dismantling of razer type concertina coil with two parallel rows of wire and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
49M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and application of one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.
50M & L for destillting / desludging completely area drain not exceeding 30 cm wide of any description including removing and refixing of cover slab & making good if any with same specification and removing of silt / sludge outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
51All as per item No. 50 above but for upto 450 mm wide drain.
52All as per item No. 50 above but for upto 600 mm wide drain.
53Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor / paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above GL unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.
54M & L for cement concrete 100 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in drain, floor etc and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
55S & F in repairs precast cement concrete louveres and jallies type B0, (1:2:4) (12.5mm graded stone aggregate), 25 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
56M & L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick laying in floor / paving complete all as specified and directed.
57M & L for Chequered cement concrete tile 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including cement mortar bedding 20 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
58M & L for crushed sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specfied and directed.
59M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658- 2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment with glossy finish and including removing the existing paver blocks and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
