12Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 infoundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
13Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level
14Structural steel work Welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
