| 2 | Cost on a/c of complete overhauling of four-cylinder engine of Departmental Soil Compactor SC-VM 115 (JCB) including uninstalling opening, cleaning, providing of required parts, refitting & reinstalling of the same along with test and trial: The job includes removing of canopy/shield and then disengaging of engine block, removing of necessary related parts like hydraulic pump, hoses, hydraulic cooler, exhaust system, electrical connections and other parts. All the hydraulic and electrical connections need to be tagged/marked properly so as to enable easy installation during refitting. The disengaged/dismantled parts need to be cleaned properly and kept in a systematic and safe manner. The job includes disassembling of parts of whole engine including flywheel ring, timing gear train, uninstallation of crank shaft from engine block, disassembling of connecting rod and piston assemblies from the crank shaft and extraction of old sleeves from engine block, removing of lube oil pump. The job includes proper checking and facing of engine block as per requirement, cylinder reaming, polishing, crank shaft grinding and polishing, The job includes disassembling of lube oil pump, cleaning/checking for defects and replacement of worn-out parts and proper refitting of the same. The job includes providing and fitting of new spares/items including sleeves, pistons assemblies (04 no’s each), main bearings, C R bearings, C R bushes (complete set each), set of joints, copper washers, intermediate ring set, lube oil supply hose, valves, (inlet; outlet),v. guides (as per requirement),. Seals, O-rings, gaskets (as per sample), and other fasteners/allied items. The job includes calibration of FI pump including nozzle pipe /flexible pipe cleaning / checking & warn out/blocked injector cup replacement. Also the job includes testing of FI pump on testing table.The job includes reinstallation of the engine after overhauling to the machine and testing of the same for satisfactory operation.Any other item not included above but found necessary for the complete restoration of machine shall be deemed to be included in the estimate.
