| 2 | Repairs to 200 KVA voltage stabilizer installed at lift irrigation station Burejal by way of disconnecting incoming and outgoing power connections from voltage stabilizer. Draining of existing T-oil in barrel. Shifting of voltage stabilizer to nearest road using manual labour, crane, tools and tackles, then to workshop by using carriage vehicle. Dismantling of voltage stabilizer at workshop by way of extracting out the inner frame and extracting out the 2 No’s damaged coil. Rewinding of 2 No’s coil using standard quality copper wire of appropriate gauge, varnishing with two coats of standard make varnish and proper insulation. Servicing of third coil. Filtration of existing transformer oil and toping up with 150 liters of fresh transformer oil after cleaning the tank to remove carbon deposits. Replacement of bus bars at the incoming and outgoing of stabilizer as per rating. Shifting of the repaired voltage stabilizer to installed position at lift irrigation station, Burejal by mechanical transport. Installation of the voltage stabilizer by connecting incoming and outgoing power cables. Testing of voltage stabilizer on no load and full load conditions. Job includes cost of material including rebate on old copper scrap/ material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage charges, installation and testing charges at site. Removing the connections of the Aluminum cable from transformer to stabilizer and cutting out the damaged aluminum cable 3-4mtr and then making connections again with transformer and stabilizer with the help of thimbles as per rating . Job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage charges, installation and testing charges at site. Dismantling of the pipe piece on the delivery side of the pump unit No 1 in order to make the flanges leak proof by providing new rubber gasket with the help of new nuts and bolts. Job includes cost of material ,labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage charges, installation and testing charges at site. Complete job.Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site along with concerned JE and quote the rate as per site conditions. The job allows any modification required at site in order for its smooth functioning. The firm should offer rebate on old material. |
