| 1 | Repairs to 150 KVA voltage stabilizer at LIS Argi Baljaralan . The job involves disconnecting of the Voltage stabilizer from the main power supply (Incoming and Outgoing cables). Loading the voltage stabilizer in the vehicle by using crane and suitable tools and tackle and shifting the voltage stabilizer to workshop. Disassembling of the panel, top cover nuts and bolts. Extraction of coils assembly with the chain pulley block for repair of the complete unit. Disassembly/Extraction of the coils. Thereafter disassembly of the core assembly and extraction of all damages wire with the help of manual labour and suitable tools/tackles. Rewinding of copper wire of F-class superior quality and then complete insulating and varnishing of coils. Assembling of the coils to make it a complete unit. Replacement of the rotor switch (3 no.) by way of p/f of new components, replacing all the damaged /burnt components. Top up of 100 litre T .oil in stabilizer after heating of the T.oil. Reinstallation of the stabilizer frame with transformer assembly. Lowering of complete unit in tank after p/f of shock proof gasket and body with nuts/bolts. Shifting the voltage stabilizer to LIS and unloading of the voltage stabilizer at site by using crane Connecting power cables by p/f of new thimbles of the requisite capacity and testing on full load. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges, hiring charges of tools/tackles and incidental charges required at site. Complete Job.
