| 1 | Material and Labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 2 | Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm on unsurfaced water bound macadam and laying bituminous premix Asphaltic Semi Dense Concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder(Paving Bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laying spreading uniformly by means of mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-(a) Mix design/ Job mix formula of bituminous SDAC shall be got done from approved lab.(b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab.(c) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechanical paver. |

The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural framework from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position, complete all as specified and as directed. |
