| 1 | M&L for Comprehensive Maintenance (PLATINUM SERVICE), Repairs and Periodical Servicing including stand by duty on the days of VIP visits (not more than 60 days in 11 months period) of eclectically operated lift of make Johnson Elevators (01 No.) of 844 Kgs capacity for 13 passengers (machine No. L-H4646) with 6 landings (Ground + 5 floors) with selective/collective control variable voltage, variable frequency drive automatic / manual dual controlled operation with / without attendant along with intercom system including emergency rescue device at station store ,Main Bldg. of SRE, AF Stn Thanjavur through OEM/ their Authorised agency including necessary periodical safety checking and testing of lifts as mentioned in relevant code of practice / IE rule for the safe and efficient performance with all consumables viz grease, lubricant oil, cotton waste, small pieces of cable lugs, spares / accessories which ever be required for smooth functioning / trouble free services to the users for 24 hours including Sunday/holidays and submit the maintenance report for smooth functioning of lifts.
