| 5 | Complete drain out of transformer oil from the existing 40MVA transformer-2nd into empty oil tank (20KL) Drum. This work also include cleaning of core and winding by transformer oil and removal of sludge from bottom of main tank. |
| 6 | Replacement of all gaskets including top cover of transformer by providing and fixing of new gaskets as per existing size made of Rubberized cork sheet Konika/Turboze/Nucork brand grade 07. |
| 7 | Creating vacuum inside the main tank for period for 12Hrs and filling of centrifuging oil top up to core, core ,tank, radiator and winding conservator |
| 8 | Complete erection of 40MVA transformer-2nd including radiator, conservator tank, HV/LV and Neutral bushing connecting oil pipe line. Erection of cooling fans making control cable connection, Buchholz relay etc. topping up of transformer oil and final oil filling in the tank, radiator, conservator tank all other accessories. |
| 9 | Centrifuging of complete transformer oil in transformer tank or oil tanker through centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor and taking IR/ BDV value of the oil periodically till the required value achieved |

| 11 | Providing and fixing of 160 watt LED light make syska / Philips/ Bajaj etc. alongwith MS bend pipe and fixing clamp. The job includes fixing of above light fitting with the help of MS bend pipe and clamp then jointing with 1 phase supply after laying cable and complete with all respect. |
| 12 | Supply and fixing of 01 no, 415 volt, 16 A, 4No., contactor for main supply of cooling fans installed on T/F .Work includes proper connection of contactor with ACDB or AC cubical installed in the switchyard |
