The Scope of Work involves Dismantling of HV/LV Neutral Bushings, Turrets, Radiators, Conservator Tank, Explosion Vent Pipe, Buchholz Relay, Oil Pipe Lines, Flanges Valves, and Cooling Fans etc. along with Opening of associated Electrical Connections, Stacking of all the Dismantled Parts as Proper Place in the Switchyard including Proper Blanking of the Open Points before Replacement of Gasket. |

The Scope of Work Involves Removal of old/damaged Rim Gasket of Transformer's Top Cover and old/damaged gaskets of different Parts of the Transformer by Cleaning of Surfaces. Providing & Fabrication of Gaskets out of good Quality Rubberized Cork Sheet Gaskets of Konica/Troborze/Nu-Cork make having Temperature Bearing Capacity around 380°C and Fixing the Gaskets with Adhesive at Rim & other Surfaces. |
| 6 | Complete Erection of 12.5 MVA Transfontier-1 by 2no. HV Bushing, 2no. LV Bushing, 2 No. HV/LV Neutral Bushings, Turrets, Radiators, Conservator Tank Explosion Vent Pipe, Buchholz Relay, Oil Pipe Lines, Flanges, Valves, Cooling Fans etc. at its original Place. |
| 7 | Centrifuging of (12.5 MVA T/F-I) oil filled in Oil Tanker, Un-Interrupted till the desired BDV Value of the Oil is Achieved. Filling of Transformer Oil into Main Tank and Radiators from Oil Tanker then Centrifuging & Circulation of the Oil in Transformer. Un-Interrupted till the Desired BDV Values of the Oil & IR Values are Achieved including Recording of all the Parameters such as Temperature. Vacuum, Insulation Resistance etc. every 2 Hours Centrifuging Machine, its Operator, all associated T&P etc. shall be Arranged by the Contractor at his Own Cost. The work will also include BDV, PPM & DGA Test of Od Sample from ERDA/CPRI/PGCIL Lab and submit the test report in hard copy. |

Work includes fixing of capillary inside the temperature sensing elements within the tank and proper termination of connection both end. |
| 12 | Supply and Fixing of oil temperature indicator (analog type) of temp range from (0-150°C) 5A, AC/DC both and consist of ten flexible capillary tubes of 5 meter long and 02 no mercury bulbs switch for alarm and trip of power transformer of standard make along with temperature sensing element work includes fixing of capillary inside the temperature sensing element within the tank proper termination of connection at both end. |
| 13 | Carriage 20KL Transformer Oil tank from 220 KV S/S Sahupuri up to 132 KV S/S Chanar and shifting back to the same upto 220KV S/S Sahupuri after complete of centrifuging work. |
| 14 | Out Side complete Spray Painting of above 12.5MVA Transformer including Main Tank, Main/OLTC Conservator Tanks, Radiators, Headers, and associated Pipe Lines, Support Structure, Marshaling Box etc. by 1 coat of Red Oxide Primer and then applying 2 coats Smoke Grey colour. 1st quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make, the Gap of 48 Hrs. Interval each with the help of Spray Painting Machine after due Rubbing, Cleaning of the Rusted Surfaces, Cleaning & Washing of Dust/Dirt/Oil Deposits from the Surfaces. |
| 15 | Complete arresting/attending of 12.5 MVA T/F-II (BHARAT BIJALI MAKE) Oil leakage by using the high quality sealant and putties and steel hardener epoxy compound make 3 coats after cleaning of the leakage surface and adjoining areas complete it all respect with all cost of men, material and T&P.
