2Taking out Window/Ventilator along with shutters (wood/steel) including proper stacking of material at a location identified and making good the damages as directed by Bank's Engineer.Providing and applying internal plaster 15 mm or more thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 fine sand) to wall surface in CM of desired proportions at all heights & levels with all leads & lifts matching to the surrounding surface including scaffolding, curing & site cleaning etc., all complete as directed by the Bank's Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Rate shall be inclusive of removing debris generated from the work outside Bank's premises.
