Block with in the jurisdiction of DWS Sub-Division, Takarjala, Sipahijala District, during the year 2026-27 (Gr-1).

4Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level:
51:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
6Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work upto plinth level:
71:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
8Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
9Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for:
10Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. using shuttering ply

13Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc. in/c excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, where required ramming of bottom, depth up to 1500 mm ( Slope 1 in 200) in/c getting out the excavated soil and backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipe line, in layer not exceeding 200mm in depth in/c consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed with all required lead as per Chapter-2 of CPWD specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
