Name of Work:- Refurbishment/repairing of existing 3-phase induction motor 270 HP vide motor serial no: (Kirloskar) and supply, installation of mounting and accessories at water lifting station stage 1st near Khree sultancho stadium Biamathang Kargil. (Under Re-activation of WSS Baroo village Capex Budget).

1Extraction of 3-phase induction motor from base, Disconnect the electrical wiring from the terminal box, Decoupling/ Remove the coupling or pulley from the motor shaft to disconnect it from the driven machine. Loosening Nuts/Bolts Loosen the foundation nut and bolt assemblies using appropriate wrenches. If foundation bolts are rusted, use penetrating oil or a gas cutter to remove them, replacing them later. Lifting Secure the motor with lifting aid/ slings and lifts it off the base. Move to a safe, clean, and dry area for refurbishment. Complete job in all respect including servicing of all required components.
2Providing/Replacement of Drive End (DE) and Non-Drive End (NDE) Bearings (typically high-load roller bearings): Deep groove ball bearings, high speed (e.g., ZZ shielded type, or open type for larger frames). (BRG.DE/NDE 6319) Make SKF, NSK.
3Providing and applying of High-quality pleurae -thickened grease with a base oil viscosity of approximately at (NLGI Grade 2) for most 3-phase induction motors, such as Mobil Polymer EM
4Providing and fitting of NRV 6 inc PN 16 (150mm) Make: L & T, Kirloskar.
5Providing and fitting of gate valve PN 16 6 inch (150mm) Make: L & T, Kirloskar.
6Providing and fitting of gate valve m 32 mm Make: L & T, Kirloskar
7Providing & welding of raised face MS flange 8 mm, 150 mm dia 6 holer 10 no's, EDPM /neoprene gaskets 20 no's Nut and bolts of compatible dia & length (super screws, pioneer Nuts & bolts Pooja, Forge) 15 Kg approx. Complete job in all respect.
8Providing and fitting of lockable selector switch/Main Breaker Handle Make: HPL (630 Ampere).
9Providing of chain pulley block 05 ton (Make Bajaj Indef, Brady & Morris, Rudra, Kepro Technology Pvt ltd) including of fabrication of telescopic tripod out of 75mm, 65 mm Gi pipe for a max height of 15 ft. Complete job.
