2S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based steel sheet of approved profile of corrugation, 0.60 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as directed and specified. Note: The work is required to be carried out in upto 15m height, contractor will make arrangement for scaffolding etc, adequate arrangement for safety and security of labours shall be made by contractor and the cost of all above shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible..

4S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting of thickness 1mm as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 and joints are welded or soldered complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The work is required to be carried out in upto 15m height, contractor will make arrangement for scaffolding and other neccessary T&P etc. Adequate arrangement for safety and security of labours shall be made by contractor and the cost of all above shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible.
5Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided,complete all as directed and specified. Note: The work is required to be carried out in upto15m height, contractor will make arrangement for scaffolding and other neccessary T&P etc. Adequate arrangement for safety and security of labours shall be made by contractor and the cost of all above shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible.
6Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, shutters etc, but excluding framed truss ,complete all as directed and specified.
7S&F roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, posts, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, flat, tubilar sections) including distance pieces cleats Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A etc complete for fixing roof sheets/claddings and other similar works as per requirement ,complete all as directed and specified. Note: The work is required to be carried out in upto 15m height, contractor will make arrangement for scaffolding and other neccessary T&P etc. Adequate arrangement for safety and security of labours shall be made by contractor and the cost of all above shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible.
8S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladder; framed baluster; walk ways; railing; framework of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290. Gde-E-165 complete all as directed and specified.
9S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410(Gde-E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed.
10S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 0.80mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.
11S&F Hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcement exceeding weight of 4 kg per sqm as in securing of water tanks complete all as specified and as directed.
12S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes including bolts, if required: hooks (stay) , heavy, for large gates: hook and pintle hinges large hasps and staples, chain hand made sliding bolts clamps hold fasts wall ties: hooks for hanging fans plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters: knee piece inserts; two ways and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed .
13S&F for Plates (plain or chequered) channels,square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes,without any attachment (Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) Quality -B)) complete all as specified and directed.
14M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth over one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed .
15M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed .
16Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters not exceeding 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
17All as per srl item no. 16 above but exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
18S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of 35mm thick size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately) complete all as specified.
19S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-(i) M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately.(ii) For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.)
20S&F second class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints for doors, windows and other frames complete all as specified and directed.
21S&F 35 mm thick second class hard wood, glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc , divided into squares, with plain chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded with cut mitred beeds for securing glass etc, supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.
22S&F 40mm flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panells, commercial types on both sides incl teak wood beading alround the shutters and both face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed.
23S&F 100 mm size butt hinges, heavy weight, cold rolled, mild steel and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
24S&F aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt alloy 200 mm long extruded section complete all as specified and directed.
25S&F 150mm size extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and directed.
26S&F 250mm long mild steel sliding door bolts plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
27Supply and fixing of factory-made CCGI (colour-coated galvanized iron) openable/fixed windows, ventilators having minimum frame size 80x40mm, minimum shutter size 40x20mm fabricated using 1.2 mm thick colour-coated galvanized iron sheet, with standard manufacturer's sections etc including 3/4 mm thick glass or wire mesh as required, including handles (75mm), stoppers, hinges, tower bolt (75mm), locking arrangement, fixing with clamps, screws, silicone sealant, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Grill of windows to be measured and paid seperately.)
28Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour two track two panels sliding glazed window upto 1.50m height made of (small series) frame 52 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriatedimensions. (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated)touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc.Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes forfixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. Afterfixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wiremesh shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
29S&F sheet glass ordinary quality 4 mm thick glazing in square/ rectangle not exceeding 0.50 sqm each pan with oil putty or aluminium beads fixed to steel and wooden at any height including necessary scaffolding and T&P required to complete the work complete all as specified and directed.
30Hacking Out Old Broken Glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads, of any height including necessary scaffolding and T&P required to complete all as specified and directed.
31S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.18 mm with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed .

41M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar on internal wall surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
42M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces on external wall surface finished even and fair without using extra cement mixed with WPC @ 200ml/bag of cement, complete all as specified and directed. 44M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface on walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
