| 16 | Execution of Work:-Providing and constructing a fully enclosed temporary storage shed(size 3.27x2.75x3 mtr) for unslaked lime. The item includes laying of temporary dry brick soling for the flooring over a levelled and rammed earth surface, packed with sand or fine earth to prevent ground moisture. The item also includes providing and fixing GI(Galvanized Iron) corrugated sheets for both roofing and all four sides cladding, fixed securely with GI J-bolts, nuts, bitumen, and limpet washers, including the fabrication of a suitable lockable door/gate for material handling. All vertical and horizontal joints must be sealed to make the entire structure completely watertight and wind-resistant. Rate shall include the cost of all materials, brick soiling, GI Sheets, fixtures, overlaps, wastage, painting and labour required to completed the work as a single composite unit, as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.( rate including GST) |
| 17 | Execution of Work:- construction of a brick masonry lime slaking tank(size 4.5x1.96x0.75 mtr) including excavation, laying of dry brick soling at the base, and construction of tank walls with First Class bricks in cement mortar 1:4 the entire inside surface(Floor and walls) shall be finished with 20mm thick waterproof cement plaster(mix 1:3) with a near cement floating coat to make the tank completely leak proof and watertight for long term use as per the direction of Engineer in charge( rate including GST) |
