Supply Of set of carline for lhb bangladesh non ac chair car coaches , set of carline for lhb bangladesh non ac chair car coaches, as per drawing: mp25wecbgcarline version 2, packing instruction: carline assly the supplier shall pack the three c/set (segments) of carlines in a suitably designed robust returnable metallic ca ge/structure in such a way that carlines shall not get entangle, damaged, twisted, de nted during transportation, storage, handling and lifting and to avoid scratches on outer surface suitable environment friendly cushioning material is to be placed betwe en two segments, transit damage if any shall be at the cost of supplier. the packing ca ge/structure to be fabricated by using sq. tubes channels/angles having sufficient str ength to bear approximate 1.5 tonne material load in static & moving condition of thre e coach set of carline. the bottom part of this packing cage/pallet should be such tha t curvature profile of bottom carline should match with the profile of packing cage a nd it can accommodate fork lifter arms for lifting and transportation. it should have standard clamping/fastening mechanism to facilitate easy unpacking & unloading. it sh ould have firms identification/color mark. the packing cages along with set of carline s supplied in one lot be retained by rcf & this cage set shall be exchanged in the secon d lot supply and so on. at the end of the contract, the firm shall collect the remainin g returnable packing cages from rcf. it should also be suitable for storage of carline under open sky. packing slip should be pasted on each cage showing p.o. no., pl no., des cription,drg. no./spec, , qty. , firms name and address & despatch date etc. for identific ation.
