Damaged portions, hollow area must be repaired with epoxy mortar and repair cracks of old concrete by cutting 'V' groove, corners and joints of drain pipes, channels etc. treated with epoxy mortar prepared with epoxy primer (as per manufacturer's instructions).(c) Laying 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces, finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof Complete (d) Applying three coats of polyurea waterproofing coating as per manufacturer's instructions for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx. 500% ± 50% and tensile strength at 14 days of 5MPa.(e)The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge / Consultant. (Note:- minimum 6 hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained)(f) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system.Note:- (i) Work to be carried out by authorized applicator and as per manufacturer’s instructions.(ii) Providing test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours if there is any leakage than entire treatment will be done again by contractor without any additional cost.(iii) The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with epoxy cement mortar using suitable bonding agent before laying cement plaster. |
